Shipping & Refund Policy

All purchases are digital downloads and delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. There are no refunds offered on the purchase of digital products.

Refund exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • duplicate purchase – you accidentally purchased the same resource twice
  • upgrade to a bundle – you love the resource so much you want to purchase the whole bundle! In this case, first purchase the bundle and then contact us with your email address and order information. We will verify the purchase and send you a refund for the individual resource.

Upon determining if you are entitled to a refund, we will issue instructions for the payment processor to issue the refund.
